What you will discover

  • Distinguish observation from assumption and check a message.
  • Offer ways to participate and respect refusals and boundaries.
  • Build and revise an agreement with responsibilities and access.

Is this track for you?

For conversation and collaboration in study, home or work situations. No requirement to be outgoing, make eye contact or recount personal experiences. Children can participate with caregiver reading and support.

The time is an estimate, not a deadline. Take breaks, use hints and try again whenever you need.

Practice ideas for each stage

These are context suggestions, not ability limits. Written lessons are shared; the examples below adapt the mission. Choose the proposal that makes sense for you.

5–7

With a caregiver, represent two characters who want the same material. Use toys, drawings or pointing. Practice a request, a respected refusal and an alternative; real experiences need not be shared.

8–11

Invent a club with three characters. Agree turns and ways to contribute through speech or drawing. Add a change and retell how the group adjusted its agreement.

12–14

Simulate a school project where one person prefers text and another needs more time. Compare proposals, agree responsibilities and rehearse asking for help when pressured.

15–17

Plan a fictional fair or project with deadlines, review and image permission. Explain how a refusal will be respected and how to receive contributions in different formats.

18+

Simulate a team or shared-space decision. Check requests, negotiate tasks and practice feedback about the work while preserving boundaries and private information.

For offline activities, use speech, drawing, pointing or your communication tools. For beginning readers, a caregiver reads and helps record choices. Use invented examples; do not include home photos, diagnoses or personal accounts.

These activities explore knowledge and decisions through examples. XP and achievements record completed exercises; they do not assess health, happiness or character.

Next stage: health and well-being education, with specialist review. That path is not yet available.

How can I tell what I learned?

Use the objectives and challenge below for reflection or a conversation with someone who can help. This is guided self-assessment: it sends no answers, awards no XP and does not automatically verify independence.

In Discovery, explain an idea in your own words and apply it to another simple example. Drawings, speech and adult support are valid. Record what help you needed.

Your transfer challenge

Create a new group mission with fictional characters. Record a goal, two participation formats, a boundary, responsibilities and a review point. Invent a disruption and revise the agreement. Use paper or the downloadable workbook; sharing is optional.

Keep evidence: prediction, attempt, result, an original change and what you still cannot explain. Seek feedback when possible; if studying alone, return later without copying and compare attempts.

Try again another time

After a break, explain the idea without opening the solution and try a different example. Compare with your first attempt: what can you do independently, and where do you need a hint? You may write, speak or draw; choose a way to check the same idea. Record help received, including AI, and revisit the part you need. There is no universal deadline or extra XP for this record.

Completions and XP record Rullst Academy assessments. An introductory track can help everyday life and prepare further study; alone it does not prove complete mastery or professional readiness. Level indicates depth, not age.
