Three people agreed “everyone helps.” The next day, two made the same drawing and nobody reviewed the text. An agreement can make contributions and dependencies clearer.
The group lists what is needed: drawing, text and review. Then it asks about availability and agrees who takes each part. Different responsibilities can be valuable; presenting is not the only contribution.

A concrete agreement can say: “Jo prepares the text by the meeting; Bia reviews it after receiving it.” Review depends on the text. Agreeing how to report an obstacle helps adjust before a part is missing.

An equal task count does not guarantee a similar workload. One task may require more time or resources. The group can revise the split with those involved without disclosing private reasons.
