Mission: a fair everyone can join

Let's discover together

  1. 1

Before assigning roles, confirm what each person said. Preferring text does not mean refusing to participate; missing the presentation does not prevent contributing beforehand. The agreement should use this information.

  2. 2

The poster needs to explain the invention and be readable at the venue. The group can consider Alex’s text, Bia’s drawing and a joint review. An illustration can replace the photo, respecting the stated boundary.

  3. 3

Agree who prepares each part, when to check and how to report changes. The exercise evaluates decisions in this scenario. Your own project can propose another agreement; discuss reasons and alternatives without classifying people as good or bad.

Mission: a fair everyone can join

The fair needs a readable explanation. Alex contributes text without a photo; Bia draws today and is absent tomorrow.

What makes this agreement useful to the team?

I need a hint

The goal can be shared without requiring identical contributions. The quiz checks understanding of the scenario; it does not measure character, friendship or well-being.

How can I tell what I learned?

Use the objectives and challenge below for reflection or a conversation with someone who can help. This is guided self-assessment: it sends no answers, awards no XP and does not automatically verify independence.

In Discovery, explain an idea in your own words and apply it to another simple example. Drawings, speech and adult support are valid. Record what help you needed.

Your transfer challenge

Create a new group mission with fictional characters. Record a goal, two participation formats, a boundary, responsibilities and a review point. Invent a disruption and revise the agreement. Use paper or the downloadable workbook; sharing is optional.

Keep evidence: prediction, attempt, result, an original change and what you still cannot explain. Seek feedback when possible; if studying alone, return later without copying and compare attempts.

Try again another time

After a break, explain the idea without opening the solution and try a different example. Compare with your first attempt: what can you do independently, and where do you need a hint? You may write, speak or draw; choose a way to check the same idea. Record help received, including AI, and revisit the part you need. There is no universal deadline or extra XP for this record.

Completions and XP record Rullst Academy assessments. An introductory track can help everyday life and prepare further study; alone it does not prove complete mastery or professional readiness. Level indicates depth, not age.
