Let's discover together

  1. 1

An issue records an idea, task or problem. A pull request (PR) presents changes from one branch for review and possible incorporation into another.

  2. 2

In your PR, base is the branch that will receive changes; compare is the branch containing your proposal. Here, base is main and compare is add-discoveries.

  3. 3

Review Files changed and explain how you checked the result. Opening a PR does not automatically merge it. A conflict requires understanding and reconciling the changes; do not choose a side without reading.

A moment to understand

Does opening a PR already incorporate the changes?

I need a hint

A PR presents the proposal; merging is the step that integrates it.
